60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with Efani, you may cancel your service within 60 days of your original purchase and receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our Customer Support team before the end of your 60-day refund period.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number associated with your Efani account.
- The email address used when placing your order.
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but appreciated).
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Efani subscription at any time.
If you cancel within your first 60 days, you'll receive a full refund.
If you cancel after the 60-day money-back period, your subscription will be cancelled, but payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Renewal
Efani subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before your next renewal date.
If you believe your renewal charge was made in error, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Requests for refunds of renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once your refund has been approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Payment Method
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. For your security, we cannot send refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Chargebacks
If you've initiated a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, please continue working directly with your financial institution regarding that transaction. Efani cannot issue a separate refund for a payment that is already being investigated through a chargeback process.
